If you have been retaining water, it is because you are not drinking enough water and your body is storing it. It affects more women than it does men, and it is a lot harder to lose for women than it is for men. This is a fact, and you see it everyday. You need to drink more water to lose the excess water in your body. The more you drink the more you lose. It is good to drink 8 8-ounce cups of water a day. This way your body stays in good health, and you will not have to worry about retaining water. Do not eat foods that have a lot of salt in or on them because salt mixes with water, and it also makes you retain water.

Did you know that people can die from not having enough water? Your body cannot store that much water, so if you don’t drink a lot, it will store the little water that you have drank. But don’t drink the water fast because it will just go right through your body, and it will not get the water it needs. Drink it slowly and not slow in bug gulps. That will not do anything for you. Drink 8 ounces slowly throughout the day, and your body will get the water it needs. This way you will lose the weight that you want to lose.

You can also eat fruits like grapefruit, apples, and red or green grapes because they have lots of water in them, and this way you will get more water in your body. If you don’t like drinking water, you might want to change your mind because your body can shut down. Plus you can get sicknesses much faster than the other people that drink water. It can make your skin dry, and there are other things that can happen just by not drinking enough water or none at all. The body has to have water for it to function right. If not, the damage will set in, and you will have lots of problems in the future.

The more water you get in your body, the faster the weight will come off, and it is better than taking pills to lose weigh. Water is the body’s natural weight loss program; it is the easiest, the fastest, and it doesn’t leave a nasty taste behind. It also does not cost you a lot like the other stuff does.
