Nowadays people seem to talk much about losing weight and no one talks about gaining weight. While about 60 percent of American is obese, 40 percent of Vietnamese are underweight. Therefore, I think gaining weight also needs special care as much as losing weight does. So, in this article today, we are going to give you some tips to change you from a thin and skinny girl into a sexy and chubby girl.

First of all, you have to look at what you eat. Do you eat enough? Do you eat food which is rich and high in protein? If you think you eat enough, it must be your food is not rich enough in protein.

Now, make a list of food which you should include into your meals. Beef is very good because it contains much fats and protein. Its taste is also very good, and you can eat a lot without getting sick of it. Chicken is also a good source of protein. If you eat a 200gram chicken per day, it will provide you enough energy for you for the whole day full of activities.

Fish is another good kind of food to gain weight. Fish in rich in fat but it is free from cholesterol. Therefore you can eat a lot of fish. Sea fish is also better than fish from the fresh water because they are much cleaner. However, those are good kind of food. They are not good if you eat them too much. Try to combine them with veggies. Never turn your back to your healthy veggies though you want to gain weight. Some veggies provide a lot of proteins and Vitamins which are not included in meat or fish.

Secondly you should do exercise definitely. People might think that doing exercise may make you lose weight. This is not right. If you do exercise and eat a lot, you should be able to gain weight.

Some fat people do exercise, and they eat much more, and finally the end up being fatter. Why? Because when you do exercise, all the activities burn your calories, and it makes you hungry and eat better. That is why people who do exercise tend to eat more than ones who just sit.

So, never think that you are thin, and you do not need to do exercise. Exercise is for anyone and it does not matter if they are fat or thin. You can do no wrong spending one hour per week for exercise.

Eat more often than you often do. A normal person should eat three meals per day; you should eat more than that. You should have about 5 meals per day. If your work schedule allows, try to eat every three hours unless you are sleeping at night.

Eating small and in many meals help you digest better the food. Also, in one meal do not eat too much of protein. If you eat too much of protein, you body will not be able to digest them all, and even for some people the digestion system will try to get them out of your body. So, just eat enough so that you can make the most of the food you eat.
