Distance healing could not work without chi?
Life force energy, or chi, is what distance healing is all about. Chi being life-force energy, is as real as electricity. This bio-energy called chi surrounds us. Electricity is really nothing compared to the power of chi. The similarity between them is found in Yin and Yang. Yin and Yang break down into Yin chi, and Yang chi. If quantum science ever looked closely at chi to determine how both forms of chi work together as a phenomenon, it would be able to explain life itself.
There have been many unrelated cultures that have names for chi: the Hindus call it: prana, the Tibetans rlung, or wind, the Hebrews ruach (wind), the Pacific Islanders call it mana, and Greeks called it pneuma, or spirit, wind. The closest thing you can translate chi in English into is vapor. You can look at it like this: this bio-energy is like a breath. Its like a wind, or a vapor that, when you focus it, can be blown to wherever, or whoever needs it.
Pure Yin or Yang chi can be stored in the human body. Quantities of it can be kept in certain chakras. So with the correct focus it can then be transmitted. This will create an imbalance, and can lead to entropy, so it is only done by highly trained masters.
Some Taoist, kung fu masters are able to heal people in an instant with chi like gods! They have been known to light things on fire without touch, and even resist death in car crashes that would normally crush a human being. Sounds a bit like fiction I know, but I think Lucus got his ideas for the Force from real life Taoists. Just take a look at the documentary “Ring Of Fire” and you will get a good idea of the true power of chi when used by the real masters.
These masters are not Jedi Knights or gods! They just are incredibly disciplined, trained like crazy, and are equal to world class athletes, on the energetic level. My point is that the distance healing we all know and love in our western civilization, is just a small piece of the true potential of this chi energy that gives everything life.
On the other hand, when we learn and give distance healing, we too are like these awesome kung fu masters, for we are focusing chi to help others. In principal, although the intensity might not be the same, this is how bio, life force, or chi energy works.
